Welcome back! Yesterday we featured Part One of Emily and Tom’s classy Charlottesville wedding. As if that wasn’t lovely enough, right after the ceremony we had a few more minutes with the bride and groom, and the light was just absolutely dreamy!
The whole gang.
Back under the pavilion, the tables were all gussied up for the guests to arrive. I love the organic centerpieces mixed with the granny smith apples and navy blue touches.
Both Emily and Tom met and graduated from UVa, so in true Cavalier spirit, they named their tables after meaningful places on Grounds.
Take a look at this cake! Great work, Tammy Knock.
As the cocktail hour started to wind down, Emily’s dad was the first to offer a toast to the newly weds.
Next up was Emily’s maid of honor
Lastly, the microphone was handed to Tom’s best man who did a great job relaying some of their shared adventures.
After toasts, 20 South served up a delicious meal for all.
After dinner, Tom and Emily made their way to the dance floor for their first dance together.
Of course Emily’s dad also had his opportunity to dance with his daughter.
And then everyone else joined in… (even the fairy).
Thanks to Jason Paige of Celebrity Radio DJs for picking all the right tunes that kept the party going!
