We met Justin and Caroline at their engagement session last summer, and we knew right off that this University of Virginia couple had a special connection. At the time their wedding felt a long way off. I was five months pregnant and the thought that by the time their wedding came around I would not only have my baby but she would be four months old was almost too hard to believe! However, before we knew it, May had arrived and we were back in Charlottesville (this time with our newest addition, our sweet little Annie Reese). Spring is always lovely in Charlottesville, but this was a particularly perfect spring day. It was picture perfect beautiful.
This wedding was a lovely affair from top to bottom thanks to the talented Cinda Hoege of White Birch Events. Plus, Amy Webb with Blue Ridge Floral rocked the flower arrangements, and there’s no better backdrop than Trump Winery. It was a dream team of vendors that brought endless romance and adoration to Justin and Caroline’s big day!
We were so excited that Caroline and Justin decided to do a First Look!
Such a great moment!
Caroline, I knew you were going to be a stunning bride…
Now this is a wedding party!
John and I love it when the wedding day timeline allows ample time for the wedding party and family to hang out and spend some time together instead of rushing around from one place to another. It was great to capture a few of these relaxed pre-ceremony moments.
Doesn’t pink lemonade always look so beautiful!?
We even had enough time to take a few of Justin and Caroline right before the ceremony.
Stay tuned because tomorrow is going to be just as elegant and stylish when we feature the ceremony and reception with all of its gorgeous details and cute moments!
Un abrazo fuerte,
